The Proflex EXB1 Exercise Bike is the perfect workout machine for those who don’t want to put their body under much stress. The pedal action is ideal for joints. It provides constant resistance without any impact. Perfect for exercising muscles while reducing damage to joints, especially the knees. The relaxed seating position allows the user to rest their upper body while they give their legs and heart a pump.

The thick steel frame is powder coated and rustproof. The EXB1 takes up less than a square metre of floor space and stands on rubber feet to protect flooring, and of course features the most superior technology available: Magnetic resistance. With a heavy-duty magnetic flywheel there is absolutely no friction in the drivetrain, which not only means zero wear and tear, but you’ll also experience the smoothest, continual resistance for a low impact workout.

The EXB1 is easily adjusted to suit multiple users. The seat and backrest are cushioned and have large surfaces to accommodate most people. Feet stay secured with grippy pedals and adjustable toe straps. The seat slides forward and back to account for user height. The eight step resistance is great for beginners or athletes, warm-up or intense exercise.
